SMK Tunas Kasih, Lingga Village, West Kalimantan

Building Improvements

In July 2019, IICF visited SMK Tunas Kasih in Lingga Village and found that the school did not have a proper classroom. Students were attending classes under a tarp. IICF began a school building project that took approximately two years to complete due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

SMTK Harapan Bangsa, Sungai Rengas Village, West Kalimantan

Public Toilet Construction

In summer 2024, IICF decided to provide seven new bathrooms for students at SMTK Harapan Bangsa in Sungai Rengas Village, West Kalimantan. After seeing that students were bathing with dirty water, IICF recognized the urgent need and began construction of the new facilities.
